*What is Okayama Denim?
Okayama Denim is the highest quality denim fabric produced in Okayama Prefecture, Japan. It is dyed using traditional weaving and indigo dyeing techniques, which gives it an attractive depth of color and a beautiful change over time. Due to its high quality, Okayama denim is also used by denim enthusiasts and high-end apparel brands around the world.

"Okayama Denim" allows you to directly experience the charm of denim.
"Patchwork" is reproduced with rich texture using jacquard weaving.
"Random Patchwork" utilizes new technology to create a variety of looks.

To reproduce the details from the time when Okayama Denim, considered "Japan's first denim," was created, we have adopted the same model numbers used in actual jeans, such as metal zippers and names found in vintage jeans. From authentic parts to stitching that's just like jeans, this new denim series from Luddite returns to the origins of Japanese-made denim.
