Once your order has shipped, we do not accept returns or cancellations.

We do not offer refunds for damage caused by shipping.

In the event you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@inkandstarstuff.com

Please be sure to attach photos of the item(s) you received in error or if any of your items have a manufacturing defect. If your refund is approved, we will refund the price of the merchandise excluding shipping costs.
