Introducing one of our favorite Japanese letterpress and stationery studios, Kyupodo! Kyupodo is a creator of "slightly mysterious" paper goods. Every design illustrates a whimsical story with adorable details and characters.

This letterpress postcard features a mysterious food stall that appears on nights with a beautiful moon. It's said to use rice cakes pounded on the moon. All the rice cakes on sale are delicious, but you have to eat them before the moon sets. As soon as the moon sets, the rice cakes become rock hard, so hard they could chip your teeth. The only thing you want to chip is the moon.
